Position Overview

• Full or Part-time flexible scheduling Options
• Traditional 5-day, 8-hour workweek, four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday or four 10-hour days
• Select the compensation arrangement that best fits your lifestyle.
• Guaranteed Hourly Pay(W-2): $33–$41 based on experience.
• Pay-Per-Visit Model (W-2): $50–$76/hour
• Contractor / PRN (1099): $60/hour ($30/30 minutes), $80 per evaluation
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based, engaging therapy sessions for children
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including OT, PT, and BCBA professionals
• Participate in mentorship and specialized training programs
• Contribute to a positive, family-centered, and inclusive clinical environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Texas SLP license (CCC-SLP required)

• Pediatric experience preferred (internships or Clinical Fellowship accepted)

• Commitment to supporting children’s communication and developmental growth
