Arcadis' Resilience Water Business Advisory practice is seeking a Principal Management Consultant to support our efforts in the Digital Advisory Practice. Our team focuses on management consulting to support water, gas, and electric utilities with technology advisory, strategy development, feasibility analysis, process improvement, procurement, project management, and project implementation for projects like Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).
Utilities continue to face evolving operational challenges, driving the need for innovative and resilient solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Advisory Leadership to strengthen Arcadis' presence in the utility technology arena, including AMI, customer information solutions, data analytics, and other related smart utility solutions. You will support the growth and delivery of these services, including developing and leading internal teams to execute projects to successful outcomes. Additional responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of a utility organization and manage client expectations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Experience working with large water utilities – along with electric and gas utilities – is strongly preferred.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is "$113,933 - $222,739." Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
