About Peak Beverage

Peak Beverage is a full-service beverage, concessions, and bar catering company delivering premium experiences for venues, festivals, corporate events, and custom celebrations across Colorado, Texas, and emerging markets.

We manage the full bar ecosystem - staffing, product, logistics, compliance, menu creation, and service - so our partners can focus on the experience.

We operate with an owner’s mindset. We value clarity, accountability, speed, and execution. We build systems that scale and expect leaders to own outcomes.

Role Overview

Peak Beverage is seeking a passionate, beverage-focused, and account-based marketing experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to lead and own our entire marketing function - strategy through execution. This is currently a one-person marketing organization supported by external agencies and contractors. 30% of the job is strategy, and 70% is completing marketing work.

Peak Beverage is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager to architect and run the end‑to‑end growth engine for a fast-scaling, beverage-first hospitality company transforming bars at events, venues, and festivals across Colorado, Texas, and beyond. This is the rare opportunity to own brand, demand, and account-based marketing in a category with national headroom, similar in ambition to Aramark, Compass, and Delaware North—but focused solely on beverage programs that turn every pour into a profit center.
