**Title:** Social Media Coordinator (Content + Scheduling + Light Analytics)
**About the Role:**
I’m looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can help me keep our content engine moving across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You don’t need to be a full editor — I already provide scripts, angles, VO, references, and pacing guides. Your job is to assemble, schedule, track, and make sure everything hits the platform correctly. This role manages content workflows end-to-end: scheduling, calendars, asset tracking, and performance reporting. You’ll work from clear SOPs, operate inside structured tools, and be accountable for execution—not ideas alone. If you need constant direction or don’t enjoy organized environments, this won’t be a fit. If you like clarity, ownership, and measurable output, you’ll thrive.
I operate with a clean, organized workflow, so you’ll always know what’s expected and when. No guessing. No scrambling. Just smooth execution.
**Responsibilities:**
* Upload and schedule daily content across platforms
* Organize assets inside Google Drive + Notion
* Track posting performance and basic analytics
* Coordinate with the video editor + operator for deliverables
* Ensure final files match platform specs (9:16, 1080p, SEO titles)
* Add captions or overlays when needed
* Document your workflow for repeatability
**Requirements:**
* Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Strong familiarity with CapCut, Opus Clip, Publer, or similar tools
* Excellent communication + fast response time
* Able to follow structured SOPs
* Organized, reliable, detail-driven
* Comfortable managing multiple posts per day
**Nice to Have:**
* Light graphic design skills
* Basic SEO for social captions
* Experience with UGC or short-form content
**What You Get:**
* A long-term working relationship (not a one-off gig)
* Consistent weekly workload
* Smooth communication and clear expectations
* Opportunity to grow into a higher-level content coordinator role
