✍ Short Description:
The Website & Graphic Designer will own a wide range of visual design projects across digital and print channels. This role focuses on designing and updating website pages, building landing pages, and creating marketing and brand assets that align with established guidelines. The position requires a balance of creativity and technical execution, along with strong attention to detail. The designer will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions in a fast-paced environment.

💼 Responsibilities:
Design, update, and maintain website pages using WordPress with the Elementor builder while building and optimizing landing pages and forms through HubSpot or similar tools. Create a variety of digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, ads, email visuals, and content marketing materials, as well as print collateral such as sales one-pagers, brochures, flyers, and trade show materials. Ensure all visual output is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality across formats. Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines while organizing and maintaining design files and asset libraries. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into clear visual solutions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
💡 Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and/or web design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and print design work
• Experience with WordPress, including page building and updates
• Experience with HubSpot or similar landing page builders
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Ability to design across digital, print, brand, and marketing formats
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
