Perimeter Healthcare is hiring an experienced Remote Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across our behavioral health facilities nationwide. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles
Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Create and update job descriptions as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment
